It appears there have been frequent outages on the Tindie site. I check in at least once daily, and quite often the site is unavailable. This may be contributing to the recent decline in my sales.
It would be greatly appreciated if the site administrators could provide sellers with updates regarding these outages and any steps being taken to resolve them. Regular communication would help us better understand the situation and plan accordingly.
Website outage again today. It appears there is little to no support for sellers on Tindie. It’s no wonder sales are down when the site is frequently inaccessible. Nearly every time I try to log in, the site is down, and the outages seem to be happening more and more often.

Yes, this has unfortunately become a common issue, along with the problem of funds being held. It seems emails are either being ignored or not received at all. There is clearly a lack of support for us as customers, and this has had a significant negative impact on sales.
Our own customers are being discouraged from ordering because they’re unable to place orders successfully. In some cases, when they do manage to order, they are charged two or even three times for the same purchase. This has understandably damaged trust.
There’s also a lot of negative discussion about Tindie on Discord, which makes potential buyers hesitant to order through the platform. Overall, this situation has been highly damaging for sellers on Tindie.
