Vacation mode reminder mail not working

I went on holiday for a month, I get quite allot of visitors in my store. I thought that the vacation mode + email reminder works?

To see what kind of mail customers get, I put my private mail to get an reminder when i’ve returned from Holiday.

However, I received nothing nor did my clients. Is this a known issue?
