Is there anything wrong with Tindie Support and staffs? I cannot get my money for what I have solen to Tindie Clients.
No answer from Tindie support ticket for two months now.
Tindie has paid me out each time after 30 days. But the site is clearly falling apart and if they were honest, they’d have shut it down.
Support has responded once to a request for details on a transaction that was not transferred, but after sending it, there has been no response for more than 3 weeks. This website does not have the name of the company’s staff, email, or other contact address other than a request form on the website.
But if I ask AI, they will have the address and phone number of the company located at 51 West Dayton Street, Pasadena, California, 91105, United States
I do not get it. I have tried to withdraw earnings and that was done in several seconds. Do you tell us everything?
Automatic transfer to my paypal account did not work, it display error on the screen. I have to contact the support team every time to do manual.
I am trying to start an online store for the first time. I had several new items that were waiting for review for over a week. I asked what was taking so long and got a generic reply asking for a link to my item and never got another response. That was several weeks ago. Now all my items are gone from my profile.
As far as I can tell tindie is either failing or no longer supported at all. I’m glad I have no money tied up it it now.
I haven’t gotten paid for years, even with multiple support-requests, and even a post on this forum (unable-to-link-to-paypal-suggestions)
Wow!, you have faced the same problem as mine for two years. Tindie manually sent me for several times before stop send me on my last disbursement.
It is ironic, especially when @tindie-support comments on “customer trust and platform reliability.” Yet they don’t pay their vendors and let tickets stay open for years without resolution.

I have not received any contact from Tindie Support Team for 1 month. I think that Tindie is a scammer web page now.
Buyer or Seller should be aware to use this web page.
