In the new year, we’re going to start having Tindie Hangouts again! With the new offfice we moved into this year, we’re also going to begin hosting in person Meetups too.

I would like to discuss the sellers web interface and how we could improve the interface for better customer support. For example:

  • Let the seller (me) know about repeat customers.
  • Provide one click buttons for filling out the comment section of the shipping page
  • Provide an at a glance delivered notification so the seller can easily spot items that may not have been delivered on time.
  • Provide a private comment box linked to the customers account so the seller can take support notes.
  • Add additional sort options and reporting options. Sure there is a CSV file that can be used but having this be built into the interface sure would be nice.

Great points to talk about. What times work best for you?

Weekends are best for me. I can also do late nights (> 8pm Eastern). Wednesdays and Thursdays are bad for me.
