See if it's returning customer and update tracking number later on

Dears, it would be very easy to add following two features and it could be very nice addition for sellers:

  1. I wish i could see if the order is from previous customer

  2. Sometimes, the tracking number updates later on, i wish i could update it/change it for the buyer.
