Refund keeps erroring on web site

I have repeatadly attempt to issue refund for an order. The customer apparently experienced an error during creating the order – the order was missing a product – despite the product not appearing in the order - my stock count for the product went to zero (without any orders to cause this stock count drop)

When i attempted to cancel and refund the customer - the website returns this error: “There was an error with your refund. Tindie admins have been notified and are looking into it!”

Despite the statement that someone is looking at it - I am not sure - I have raised support tickets - but I am getting no response. Not sure if anyone is working on this platform anymore - it sure does feel like an abandon platform.

Its not creating a great experience for the customer - I promised I would refund - and now it looks like i am taking their money - very unprofessional looking.

I am posting this here, in the hope, that someone somewhere, who can sort this out, and will rectify the issue.

If I don’t get a response soon, I will have to manually send the money to this person - just to protect my reputation - which probably means I will loose out multiple times.

With the issue with shipping to the USA – i really dont need these hassles.
