I keep getting messages from customers, but have no way of telling what order they are referring to or who they actually are. Is there some disconnect there?
Making a ticket now. I just woke up, so don’t take this as gospel but I think we did something about this a while ago. Sounds like its broken. But we’ll look into it thanks!
Product page information was added to messages a while ago, but order number info has never shown up.
As a buyer, I would expect to be able to follow a link from the email to the order details, and from there, be able to click a button to contact the seller. (I think this is in place).
As a seller, I would expect a message from the buyer to include a link to the order details. Right now I think all I’m getting is a user name and the product page, which isn’t enough to link them to an order unless they volunteer more information.
