Need help with an unshipped purchase, and email to "hello@tindie.com" bounces

Please assist. I made a purchase back on October 7th that shows up as “shipped” because the seller created a tag for it, but the package was never dropped off. I can’t get hold of him via the website.

Use the “contact tindie” link at the bottom of the home page. That will create a support ticket. They are usually very quick to reply.
