My buyer was refunded, but not by me

My buyer says he never got the package (USPS says it was picked up from the post office). He says he reached out to Tindie and was refunded his money. I can’t see any of this and didn’t receive any notifications. Should I have? Is there anyone to contact at Tindie to get the story?
