I have just received an order my eZ80 for RC kit.
The price indicates the user has selected, the optional ‘downgrade’ option. But the option selection is not listed in the order.
I have an option called: ‘Switch to “Upgrade Only” Kit*’
It is marked as ‘required’
it has 2 possible items:
- Include eZ80 CPU Module and all other ICs: $54.50 (default and first) + $54.50
- Downgrade and remove eZ80 CPU Module and all other ICs: +$0.0
Yet, I just received an order for the product, with the option not listed in the order – i suspect the customer expects the full kit (as they have not explicitly stated they wanted the downgrade version)
Not sure how/if I have screwed up here? - i suspect that Tindie has just cost me money!
