Frist time I’ve used Tindie, placed an order, paypal have the money on hold waiting authorization, seller has received nothing, nothing listed in my purchases and no email confirming order (apart from the paypal email)
Contacted tindie support - no reply in 24hours!
Thought id try again, as the item is urgent, I did receive an email from Tindie saying they received the order, but again, its not showing in myorders and the seller hasnt recived a thing.
Is Tindie broken? How to I contact support?
