i need to send a message to a buyer before to ship his order: can you explain me how this can be done?
Your customer have to have his email address and phone number in order info.
It would be nice to be able to talk to the buyer via the store chat in the same way the buyer can talk to the seller. Then Tindie has a full audit trail of the communications in case of a dispute.
