How to refund just the value of items ordered?

A buyer provided insufficient address and the shipped package was returned back to us. However, as the buyer needed the item urgently, he re-ordered the items again even before we receive the return package and request for a refund on his previous order.

He understands it is his fault for not providing the full address and request only refund on the value of items he ordered excluding the shipping cost.

Is there anyway to refund him just the value of the items he ordered via Tindie?
