Dashboard stats broken?

I’ve had zero views in my dashboard stats the last three week. I have very high (for me) items in cart numbers and one sale (which is low but not unusual) so I think the numbers are just messed up. I did open a support ticket 3 weeks ago and they say they are working on it.

The question for the community is: is this just me or is it happening to you too?

Same problem here. Visits at 0 since 3 weeks

I don’t know if this is related, but I used the vacation mode at that time…

I’m also at 0 visits in 3 weeks. For the first week of that my store was in vacation mode but that ended two weeks ago. I wrote hello@tindie.com a week ago but have not heard back.

Are the previous weeks analytics lost or will they begin populating as well?

It will be fixed for everyone, but the fix is unfortunately still not live.
