Customer support hasn’t responded for weeks. What’s the problem? Does it even exist?

I’ve encountered the same problem. I’ve sent several emails to customer service, but haven’t received any response. I don’t know what happened. It’s really worrying.

Maybe tindie will stop working soon
Has there been any “proof of life” this week beyond a few new products appearing on the site? I.e. has anyone heard anything from Tindie support?
I have a support ticket that has not been replied to in 6 days.
Also, products take weeks to be aprroved. Very frustrating.
