Hello, all of a sudden I cannot log in to my account. So far I have tried resetting my password, which i receive the reset link in my e-mail, i set a new password and try to log in with the new password and I get this message “We’re unable to find an account with those details.”
I’ve tried different browsers, different computers, phones etc nothing works. I resetted my password probably more than 10 times in the process.
Funny thing is the current account that im posting this, is from the account that im trying to log in. Somehow im allowed in the forums but cannot log in to my seller account.
Still waiting for an answer from the support but i wanted to see if anybody else had the same issue before. Thank you
