I have received two messages from a suspicious user (name is a number) stating they didn’t receive my product (misspelled). To the best of my knowledge, my two customers have received the product they bought. I think this must be some sort of spam, perhaps trying to get a freebie. Has anyone else seen this? How is it being dealt with?
