I have complained about this numerous times over the last 6 years but nobody seems to do anything about it.

yeah it is always like this. I just press F5 and resend until eventually works. Takes a lot of work sometimes
It appears that the website is down. On top of that, the links for contacting take you to zendesk, they are no longer their customer, according to the page.

The “This didn’t go as planned” page that is now showing has some very outdated links, but the usual one at sf-tindie dot zendesk dot com still appears to work.
Some status communication, somewhere/anywhere, would be nice…
