Issue with new orders notification April 13-15?

Was there an issue with email notification from late April 13 to early April 15? I just noticed that I have 3 orders for which I didn’t receive a notification email.

Over the past few months, I’ve had to contact Amber (and others) after I received notices that my products have sold, but I never got any order information.

I’ve been told that it is because of “Fraud Protection”, or “I missed it, sorry”. Yet, it continues to happen, even though it has not been an issue until recently.

I hope Tindie get a handle on these delays!
