anyone know how to change the “Usually ships within 1 day” for specific items that are listed for sale?
I don’t think that’s something you can change directly, it’s just a calculated statistic about how long you take on average between getting an order and marking it as shipped. If you have an item that usually takes longer than average to ship, e.g. because you make them to order rather than keeping stock, I’d suggest just mentioning that in the item description.
