I would love to offer frequent cutomers free shipping on and order but discounts doesnt have that option. Can you guys please add it?

I’ve been trying to figure out how to have a group pay for a local workshop and not have to pay shipping. If I add a “Fee Shipping: Workshop (not shipped)” option, then my listing shows up with “Free Shipping Available”, which is a bit deceptive in my opinion. A “free shipping” coupon would work. Any other ideas?
