I am a seller on Tindie. I cannot get money from what I sold on tindie recently. I tried to contact Support without reply so far.
Looking this forum, I saw many junk messages. Seem that now admin are working on right now.
So far, no reply from Tindie for my ticket request request #176093
Buyer please aware! Try to contact Tindie Admin before placing an Order.
I don’t know, I had new products approved, though it took a while.
But they need to shut down or lock these forums, leaving scam & spam posts up for weeks and weeks is unacceptable.

Also, it seems like a pretty significant breach that now I am receiving phishing attempts from the official forum bot account:

I put my shop on vacation until I get my two previous shipments paid from Tindie.
I hope is in business still, they handled a refund case 1 day ago, so I think it’s ok, and the added a 15 minute limit on this forums to prevent the spam
But I dont understand why there is 15 min limit on private messages 
Refund may be an automatic system if seller does not send product in a specific time.

Yeah it seems to be kinda sorta working but not getting responses to support. Also had customer order take 5 days to process?? Very weird. They messaged me about the order but I couldn’t yet see it in the interface and it took so long! I ended up having to post it before it had even been cleared.
And yes, the 15 minute timeout applying to all replies for all users is extremely annoying and not good moderation practice. If it was the case for 1 day, I could accept it. For weeks? Unacceptable.
Going to be moving my store elsewhere.
I also waiting for Tindie staffs to show their responsibility. So far, no answer for my request.
