Hard to argue with this one… I’m changing the ticket now… we display the store name, and start to display the store owner as well (the human element).

FWIW, I agree with bot_thoughts: I’ve put a lot of effort into making Arachnid Labs a brand. I don’t mind showing my name and photo alongside it as a human face behind the company, but I don’t want to give up on the company as a brand, either.

I got one of us to agree to be the face of our store. So this isn’t as big of an issue for us as I thought it would be.

I’m with bot_thoughts and Arachnidlabs on this as well. Branding is important. I for one know Arachnid Labs as a brand and have purchased from them in the past. When we talk about them at the local hackerspace we refer to them as “Arachnid… you know… the company with the spider on Tindie”
